Can you see the process of our learning and sharpening our organisation skills

The month of March has been really overwhelming, we were completely immersed 'under the sea'. Even our cookery class was filled with tuna fish. With so much to do and all the extras such as the Welcome Days and the coming Easter Celebration on 5th Apr. But, there is only 1 word to describe how we felt, ie.FUN!

More,more,please!

First we were given raisins, though we were told not to eat it now,our hands and mouth coordination just couldn't follow the instructions.So, we have to ask for more raisins. Otherwise, my face will be without eyes!Then we were given a 'fresh banana stick'.This was really challenging. The teacher purposefully dropped it onto the plate and expect us to pick it or move it to the correct position on the face. But it was almost impossible to pick it up because it is so 'sticky-like slime'! We tried our best anyway and messed up the banana. Interestingly, we are now aware of the texture! Just wondering, how on earth is our mouth is so wonderful, it handles so many things without stress!Then, our mouth was represented by a cracker, this was really irresistible! The last thing that we tried was the lettuce. At 1st, some of us really couldn't bear to put it into our mouth. After much bribery/persuasion by the teacher, we tried and kind of like it! We ourselves are surprised too!We like to learn more with all these fun activities!Thank you teachers, thank you friends! Thank you mom & dad for letting me come to school everyday on time.

I am getting good at my speech and recognizing words

Through our speech and drama activities, we learnt to say:"Hello, I'm Carissa, nice meeting you!" Mom and dad, can we play this at home, remember to shake my hand ok?
I can also recognize and name the colours. Our teacher said that we are going to be able to match the words to the colour soon because we have a beautiful learning corner & a print rich environment full of fun activities.
